Stefan Hoff started as editor, Video Mixer and TV Director for sports and entertainment programmes in 1987. From 1996 to 2008 he worked as Managing Director of WIGE Communication GmbH, WIGE Television GmbH and HD Signs GmbH. In 2007-2008 he was also COO and Member of the Board at listed company WIGE Media AG.

He became Managing Director of nobeo GmbH in 2008.  He is Chairman of the Board of the German Film and Television association VTFF in Berlin.
